As a general rule, civil
litigation should be considered the last resort in resolving

people, such as judges and juries, who have no personal stake in
the matter being litigated. Our approach in managing conflict
is to encourage parties to work toward a reasonable resolution
of legal issues. This is not always possible, unfortunately, and
in these instances, we are fully prepared and able to provide
