The dealership didn't want to back-up their promises and I felt like they had defrauded me. I called Attorney Barbour and explained my case. She explained the law so I could understand it and sent the dealer a demand letter on my behalf. I got my car fixed after that without a problem. I was able to avoid going to court and the associated expenses. I really feel like she was looking out for me!" - NC - Methuen, MA |

As a general rule, civil
litigation should be considered the last resort in resolving
conflict between parties. That's because when you litigate, you
place your fate and the outcome of the dispute in the hands of
people, such as judges and juries, who have no personal stake in
the matter being litigated. Our approach in managing conflict
is to encourage parties to work toward a reasonable resolution
of legal issues. This is not always possible, unfortunately, and
in these instances, we are fully prepared and able to provide
you with zealous advocacy at each phase of the litigation
process.
