stemming from "toxic torts" (i.e., indoor air quality, mold,
asbestos, lead paint, chemical exposure, etc.).
Also advise New Hampshire residents
concerning their rights under the
New Hampshire Consumer Protection Law as
it concerns residential home improvements. Facilitate the resolution of consumer complaints arising out
of contract claims under the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act
and
the Massachusetts "Lemon Law"
as well as the
New Hampshire Consumer Protection Law.
Represent clients in divorce, child support, custody,
adoption, and same-sex domestic unions, marriages and divorce,
as well.
Advise employers and employees on their
rights and responsibilities concerning
employment law in the private and public
work places.
Advise clients on the administration of a decedent's estate
and represent clients in will contests. Prepare court petitions
to establish permanent and temporary guardianships, prepare
simple wills and trusts and incapacity documents such as living
wills, health care proxies and durable power of attorney.
Represent individual clients in the purchase and sale of single family and condominium dwellings, advise and represent landlords and tenants in eviction matters and subsidized housing options, resolve boundary line disputes and cure title defects, consult on environmental issues that impact homeowners, such as Title 5 compliance.
